Mike Peterson
Mr. Peterson’s experience began 1970 in Salt Lake City, Utah working for Bud Bailey Construction as a general foreman on projects ranging from One-Hundred Fifty Thousand up to Eight Million Dollars. He worked diligently for Bud Bailey Construction until 1978. He successfully gained knowledge on all aspects of building projects from the ground to finished building.

In 1978 Mr. Peterson was Vice President of Construction for Autumn Development. Autumn Development specialized in all aspects of multistory retirement housing. His responsibilities for the company were project design and construction management. During the period from 1978 to 1987 he had designed and built commercial and residential properties valued at approximately Fifty Million Dollars.

Upon relocating to Southern Nevada in 1987, Mr. Peterson was a principal and co-owner of American General Construction. This company built a variety of projects that ranged from hotel/casinos, retail strip-centers, commercial restaurants and hospitals. During his five years with this company he gainfully engaged in general contracting contracts in excess of Twenty Million Dollars.

In 1992, Mr. Peterson branched out on his own and established Mike Peterson Construction, Inc. in Las Vegas.

Over the last several years, Mike Peterson Construction, Inc. has specialized in commercial restaurant buildings all over America. Among those successfully completed projects are The Lonestar Steakhouse & Saloon, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Taco Bell, Arby’s Restaurant, Sullivan’s and many more.

Mr. Peterson is committed to his clientele to produce a project in a timely manner from concept to completion while maintaining quality and successfully adhering to the client’s budget.
Scott Burdette
Scott Burdette has over fourteen years of experience in the administration area of business. He has over nine years of commercial general contracting experience on projects throughout the United States.

In 1991 Mr. Burdette was brought on with VMH Company as a record and data administrator which gained him experience in contract administration and coordination. He successfully worked with multiple parties to strategies and implement work plans and forms for tracking progress and promoting detail recorded documents to eliminate any company profit loss.

Hooper and Homes a Fortune 500 company recruited Scott in 1995 to fill the position of Regional Marketing Director. This position was to broker medical personnel and increase profit through effectively run administrations in over six states. In his two years with this company his region was in the Presidential Circle two times, which were the only times that this region had been brought into this level.

In 1997 Scott Burdette was offered the opportunity to come on with Mike Peterson Construction, Inc. as a contract administrator with the potential opportunity to buy into the company. Mr. Burdette has had a continued success as a partner at Mike Peterson Construction, Inc. which is licensed in over thirty two states. He has personally overseen and successfully completed over 20 million square feet of: commercial ground up projects and major tenant improvements for many national chain restaurants, specialized commercial projects, and office/retail buildings throughout the United States.

Scott Burdette has used his tenacity as a tool for implementing the company’s goal of: “help us help you build a better project”. He believes that Mike Peterson established a company with strong reputation for being a smaller company with a large reach and a personal approach to every project. His responsibility is to make sure that this approach to every project is carried on to every client.
